5 out of 5 stars Great bike!   May 11, 2009

My mom bought me this bike for a college graduation present and I really love it. I do a lot of off road/trail/mountian biking as well as just riding in town, and it has great traction and is an overall comfortable ride. The only thing I didn't like was that the seat was extremely hard, but I easily fixed that with a new gel one. Now it feels great. The instructions on assembling it were a little confusing but my dad is great with things like that so I had no problem there. Overall it is a great bike and I would recommend this bike to anyone.

Awesome bike! Putting the bike together took at least an hour or so, not too bad though.

5 out of 5 stars Great little bike for the $$$   March 26, 2010

Just got this in the mail two days ago. Put it together in about 15 minutes. All I needed was two wrenches. I saw the reviews about missing parts. This bike didn't come with any loose bolts or screws, so I'm not sure what those reviews were about. Its not the kind of bike you want to take off jumps, or do any serious off-roading with, but for easy trail and street riding, it is a nice little bike. This is my 11 year old daughter's first "adult" bike and it is perfect for that. She loves the purple color. One last thing: I signed up for a test of Amazon Prime, and two day shipping was fee.

4 out of 5 stars Beautiful Bike, but missing parts on arrival.   May 20, 2009

I just got this bike yesterday, and overall it was easy to assemble, though the allen wrench required wasn't included in the shipping contents as they usually are. Luckily, I had one that fit from another item I had purchased in the past. When I got to the handle bars after getting the rest of it together, I realized that I was also missing a few nuts and washers that helped lock it in the proper place to make steering the bike possible. Kind of an important detail, don't you think? Hopefully I will be able to find what I need at a hardware store or bike shop. It is a beautiful bike, but the seat is pretty hard as the last reviewer mentioned, so I would definitely recommend getting a gel seat. I was just disappointed to see that something so important to the assembly was missing. Can't get a better deal than I did on this bike though. I would still recommend it to others.

4 out of 5 stars Very hard seat   January 30, 2010

This bike was very easy to put together as most of it was already assembled but the seat is terrible and hard so if you get this bike order a gel seat along with it. The bike really is a great value even with the wretched seat.
